Anne in the last couple of days

Anne is great at helping in the kitchen. It's been fun to see how much she likes to do things with the family. Here's her helping us make some Naan bread. (she loves Indian food)

Nancy's Mom did this great Advent thing, where she numbered and made gifts for the many days preparing for Christmas (I think starting in December). Anne has been loving opening these every day. They are a great warmup for Christmas. Some of the fun and useful things that she has gotten was a pez dispenser, tights, candy, socks for Dad and many other great things. What a great idea.
If you ever thought you had bad hair day...
Another gift that she was excited about (in spite of the bad hair day). So Anne's transition of having a new family member is beginning to wear off (thank goodness). Nancy and I kept commenting on how having another kid was not as hard as dealing with the crazies that came from our older kid! Here's the following list of things that have improved (although she has been fun the whole way, just a little grumpy):  She is now better at

sleeping
eating
listening
taking naps
going back in the house after leaving
talking to us in English instead of giberish
not having total meltdowns

ahhhh, now our next hope is that June will sleep one day...
